Neighbors…it saddens us to see so many of our amazing local restaurants struggling. Good food & drinks are part of what makes our city unique & a place we love to call home. So we’re asking Savannahians for help…commit to eating in, taking out or delivery AT LEAST once per week. To help you in this endeavor, we will be featuring local restaurants and be on the look out…some of them might be offering something special for Scout readers.

Friday-3/12-The Emporium Kitchen and Wine Market

What’s for lunch?  Don’t miss the new lunch menu that has just launched at The Emporium Kitchen and Wine Market. Lunch is available Monday through Thursday 11am-2pm. Sunday 2/28-Bowtie BBQ

Do you know what Saturday’s are made for? The Chick-finity sandwich from Bowtie BBQ with smoked chicken tossed in jerk barbecue sauce then topped with smoked gouda, bacon, lettuce and tomato all for $12.00. Saturday 2/20-Hop Atomica

Stop by Hop Atomica on Saturday to “Give a Fork”. Not only will they have incredible stuffed dates: prosciutto wrapped goat cheese stuffed dates w/ balsamic & parm.  They will also have a Makers Market to check out Savannah’s fantastic local artisans plus a farmers market and Stan Ray’s is live at noon. Plus they have new beers on tap regularly. Everytime you walk into Hop Atomica people should expect something new. Their hours are Monday – Thursday from 4-9 pm, Friday – Sunday from 12 pm – 9 pm.
