A Seawolf is a mythical sea creature and according to legends, anyone fortunate enough to view it is subject to good luck. Savannah and Tybee is about to be very lucky! Sea Wolf, the newest restaurant in Tybee, seemingly creeped in overnight, though the partners from Lone Wolf Lounge have been working relentlessly for months. Located in the old Fish Camp space at 106 South Campbell Avenue, you will find some similarities to Lone Wolf, good service and outstanding cocktails but at Sea Wolf you can also get a great meal.

Sea Wolf’s dining options will include oysters, specialty hot dogs and a seasonal menu that changes daily. They are keeping all dietary restrictions in mind, from vegetarians to carnivores, everyone will find something delicious on the menu. There is a smoker on site that chef Rob Mulvenna will be using to pump out some delicious smoked meats including a smoked Kobe beef hot dog. You can build your own dog or opt for various curated styles. Including the famous Chicago dog, certainly a nod to Rob’s former home. The space is similar to Lone Wolf but with a nautical, Scandinavian fisherman’s shack feel. The team wants the restaurant + bar to be warm and inviting. They also feature an outdoor dining space with 35 seats to compliment their cozy inside dining space of about the same size.

Just two days old, the restaurant + bar is open Tuesday – Sunday, 4pm – 12pm. The full menu will be offered till 10pm for those late night diners and a limited menu until close. They will also host brunch on Saturday – Sunday from 11am – 4pm. Also on Sundays, you can order up some wings while you watch the game on their bar TV. At Sea Wolf, every hour is happy hour, with food & drinks priced reasonably, they want people to be able to indulge and enjoy without breaking the bank. Although, if you’re celebrating, they will have a more extensive wine and champagne list than you may have seen from Lone Wolf.

A team goal for the future is a shuttle between Lone Wolf & Sea Wolf, so you can enjoy those craft cocktails and get back to Savannah easily. And don’t be surprised if you see a wolf wandering around town in the form of a food truck. Keep an eyes on this pack, they have a lot of good ideas!
