You’re probably familiar with the sushi, pho & hibachi restaurant at Oglethorpe & Broad, TaCa. But what you may not know is they changed owners in early 2020, improved quality of the food and presentation and we will be unveiling their interior renovation this week!

They have freshened up and modernized the space with clean lines and a lot of Asian inspiration through murals and lighting. The party room now looks like an inviting Japanese Tea Room and the dining area bright and comfortable with light wood tables & chairs with a few booths around the walls.

The menu still consists of the favorites you have come to love in the past year & 1/2. The Beauty & the Beast roll, HUGE Poseidon roll and Scout’s personal favorite, the adorable Lover’s Roll. And if you score yourself a spot at the sushi bar during slower hours, the chef will create a personal roll based on your preferences.

For those of you land lovers who have a hard pass on sushi, their Steak Hibachi will definitely hit the spot. And you’re going to need something to wash down all the delicious food, TaCa offers a full bar with inventive and tempting cocktails like the Cherry Blossom Martini or Lychee Martini.

When speaking with the owners and employees you can feel the family vibe. The owners create a true family environment that you can feel the second you walk through the door. One of the best reasons to support local is to support your community and the people in it. TaCa is supporting Savannah with delicious food and drinks and love for their employees.

Stop by this weekend for late night happy hours (9pm-11pm) to receive discounted TaCa Signature Cocktails. And they will offer large hot sake for the price of a small ($6) for dinner service starting at 5pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
