Whether you’re there for a skin-enhancing facial or a relaxing massage to soothe away the stresses of the day, Savannah’s Temple Day Spa at 1522 Bull Street is the perfect places to unwind. Kelly Temple, the owner of Temple Day Spa opened up a small studio on the outskirts of downtown Savannah in 2017 knowing that she wanted to make people feel their best, but not actually knowing what that would later mean to her. A few years passed and she was fortunate enough to be able to expand out of her little room and began building a team. They have three core values at Temple Day Spa: Customization- no one person is alike and they want to make sure you are getting the treatment your body deserves, Education- they try to take away all the noise and take the time to make sure you understand what you’re doing and why you are doing it, Self worship and a physical space made just for that practice- they want you to feel included, authentically yourself, nurtured, seen, beautiful, relaxed and everything in between. Book a service today and discover for yourself how the three core values of Temple Day Spa will leave you feeling your best!
Please tell us what services you provide? And your most popular service?
We are very much skincare and body focused here! Our two estheticians do everything from monthly mantainance treatments, to advanced treatments such as microchanneling and chemical peels. All treatments are booked according to time, so we offer 60 and 90 minutes options and every time we customize that time spent with us. Cosmetic tattooing is also available by me! I love doing Microblading and Microshading- from personal experience, I think it was one of the best choices for my face and my clients would say the same. We are also so jazzed to have three beyond amazing massage therapist. All treatments are booked according to time, so we offer 60 and 90 minutes options and every time we customize that time spent with us. Whether it’s how much time you have or feel that you may need, we can guide you from there!
Please tell us what sets Temple Day Spa apart?
We truly believe in deep client relationships. We love to know you, call you, text you, hear from you, guide you, support you, listen to your needs, and be apart of your life in a meaningful way. We want truly you to feel a part of our Temple Family. We believe at Temple Day Spa that we honor your spirit by treating your body. Alongside that mission, we provide for you in an updated modern space, located in a “locals” neighborhood-thoughtfully crafted to make you feel at home.
What product line do you use and why?
Our to main skincare lines are Lira Clinical and Courtney Sykes Molecular Anti-Aging. We love Liras model of being Botanical meets Clinical – meaning sustainable but effective. Courtney Skyes was the owner of the Esthetics school I attend in 2014 and we use her products as our fast acting advanced skin care system. Being a spa that loves catering to our locals, we also love supporting local business owners. The local product companies we carry are Fern Soapery, BeetTan, Yaupon Tea House, Tatiana Smith,
and Uncommon Sense.
Please let us know what services you suggest for people during beach season?
We resume our 60 and 90 minutes monthly facial options like usual. Summer is a critical time to care for and protect your skin, if you don’t know why, come ask! We also love our low Maintenance beauty services such as Lash Extensions, Lash Lift, Brow Laminations, and Brow + Lash Tints…giving you the carefree “I woke up like this” look.
And lets be real, when is really ever a bad time to get a massage?
What is the best way for someone to find out more information and how do they book?
Call us! (912-446-1522) Talking on the phone is best way to ask the questions you need and connect with our Spa Coordinators about what you’re looking for and when. We love to hear from you! If you already know, head to our website templedayspasavannah.com and we make it easy for you online.
What are 5 healthy changes you can make to make a big difference in your skin’s health?
Again, no one person is alike. But we do believe in healthy habits that fit for you and we are happy to help figure out what that may be. I’d say commitment to a routine, especially homecare routine is my #1 suggestion. (Listen to your Esty’s suggestions). Butttt I do love a good Hyaluronic Acid or Nourishing Serum (Courtney’s Water Drops),
some type of Chemical Exfoliant (Ask your Esthetician before you buy ya’ll) AND ALWAYS SPF.
Do you have a client success story you would like to share ?
I’m a very results driven Esthetician and I have enjoyed seeing life changing results with healing acne and advanced anti-aging. However, we are just so proud of every person that walks in our door. We a proud of you for taking care of yourself and for allowing us to be a part of that journey-that’s a success story within it self.
What do you love about Savannah?
Local, Creative, Intimate, and Spiritual.
What makes you feel most accomplished?
Opening Temple Day Spa- returning satisfied clients and a close, well rounded team.Seeing that my vision and mission is seen and supported by others around me.
If you only had one night to spend in Savannah…what would you do?
Coffee and morning a snack at Perc Coffee and then I would spend the morning at the beach (Fish Bites at North Beach Bar for lunch) or I’d have a spa day and do a Massage then a Facial ( I hear Temple Day Spa is Fabulous). I’d walk downtown and do a pre dinner martini at at Savoy Society, have a always fabulous dinner at Common Thread,
and then hit Starland Yard
or somewhere local for music and dancing!
