Saturday, July 18th from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm check out Damon and the Shit Kickers at Service Brewing. Grab a bite to eat from Chef Brandon Carter of Farm Bluffton at their vintage airstream kitchen and make sure to try the Peachy Grizz on tap. This cousin of the Saison originates along the border of France and Belgium, the Grisette is a light, easy drinking “table beer,” historically consumed by the stone miners in that region. Light in body, with a tartness similar to other farmhouse ales they conditioned on 14.5 lbs of peach purée to give a delicate stone fruit highlight to an already refreshing beer.
