Elegant Easter Brunch Cooking Class at Mansion on Forsyth Park – April 4, 2 times slots available
Make this Easter the most memorable ever with a cooking class at the Mansion! Avoid the crowds (and dishes) in the intimate and elegant environment of the 700 Kitchen Cooking School. They’ve created a superb menu that’s sure to satisfy every appetite. All ages are welcome at this interactive cooking class. Sunny Days Ahead Vintage Market Days – April 2 to April 4, 10am-4pm
Vintage Market Days® is an upscale vintage-inspired indoor/outdoor market featuring art, antiques, clothing, jewelry, handmade treasures, home decor, outdoor furnishings, consumable yummies, seasonal plantings and a little more. This event is being held at the Savannah Convention Center and tickets can be purchased here.
Dogwarts School of Waggery – April 3, 1pm-4pm
Ghost Coast Distillery and The Humane Society of Greater Savannah invite you to board the Dogwarts Express. They will sort your dogs into their houses: Gryffindog, Huffle Pup, Raven Paw or Slobberin. They will have butter beer for the dogs and treats off the trolley. As well as, a wand making station, photo booth and many more surprises. 25 vendors between Ghost Coast distillery and The Baxly. Bowtie BBQ Food Truck will be on site for the event, live music from 1-3pm by Jacob Evans, signature Harry Potter themed cocktails plus Ghost Coast will donate $1 from every drink sold during the event to the Humane Society for Greater Savannah.
Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt at Skidaway Island State Park – April 3, 10am-2pm
Each egg will have a QR Code. Scan it with your phone and get the clue to where the next egg is hidden. Find the golden egg at the end and receive a prize bag! First hint: the first egg is where you check in for camping. $5 parking fee required
Potable Gold, Savannah Madeira Tradition at The Davenport House Museum – April 1, 2, 16, 22, 20, 5:30pm
Experience the historic atmosphere of the Davenport House while learning about and tasting a unique and flavorful wine. Patrons are oriented to the long and rich tradition of Madeira (wine) as it relates to the history of Savannah and then they will participate in a Madeira party. During the experience they will sample two types of Madeira and see the historic house at dusk including spaces usually off-limits to museum guests. The performance requires that guests be able to walk up and down stairs and maneuver in the candlelit rooms. Price is $22 and limited to 10 guests.
