Mother’s Day Tea & Cookie Pop-up with Bloom & Grow Open Market – May 1, 4:00pm – 7:00pm

Celebrate Mom at 14 Brasseler Blvd. with an afternoon of Mother’s Day treats. A pop-up market with a casual afternoon tea and Mother’s Day gift raffle for great prizes! They’ll have tea & cookies from local tea houses and cookie extraordinariness. Have a sweet time sipping tea and strolling their afternoon market. You’re sure to find something that catches your eye. In the market you’ll find handmade delicacies, including hand poured soy candles, handmade organic soaps, desserts, honeys, beautiful handmade jewelry, arts and crafts bath & body products and much more. International Collectible Design Fair – April 28 through May 2, 10:00am – 6:00pm

The first nomadic boutique fair exclusively dedicated to collectible design. After successful events in Shanghai, Paris, and Moscow, Unique Design X Group is proud to present the first US event! Join Unique Design x Savannah, April 28th – May 2nd at the Trustees’ Garden. Unique Design X Savannah is a commercial boutique design fair for the promotion of collectible design furniture and its community of creators and their representative galleries. This show will display a selection of work by 18 artists, architects and designers from around the world who create “collectible design,” collectible-worthy objects which function as furniture. A multi-disciplinary form of creativity, collectible design reimagines the idea of furnishing contemporary spaces with functional art. Admission is $10 for the general public, free for students and seniors.

Sycamore Beer Dinner with Repeal 33 on April 29, 7:00pm-10:00pm

Established in 2013 in North Carolina, Sycamore has taken the beer world by storm. Sycamore Brewing, believes fresh beer made with top-notch ingredients should be enjoyed by everyone and set out to brew beers that bring people together and drink easy from the first sip to the last. Come try some of their best beers paired with Repeal Chef’s selection of dishes from their tasting menu. The featured beers are: Palmoa Gose, Mountain Candy, Sungrown Lager, Mango Milkshake IPA, AKA Mana Imperial Stout and the Vanilla Affogato. Tickets are $100 per person and can be purchased here.

Derby Day Benefit at Reynold’s Square with Park Place Outreach. May 1, 4:00pm-7:00pm

The Olde Pink House and Woodford Reserve are joining together to celebrate the 147th Run for the Roses, while raising money to benefit runaway and homeless youth served by Park Place Outreach, Inc. This May, they are offering three different ways to enjoy the Kentucky Derby Benefit for Park Place Outreach.
REYNOLDS SQUAREReserve a Derby box in Reynold’s Square for 4 or 8 people at $200 per person. Must be 21+. On May 1st from 4-7 pm, you and your friends can spend the evening in the beautiful Historic Savannah District with live streaming of the races, derby activities, and traditional Kentucky dishes and drinks provided by our partners, The Olde Pink House & Woodford Reserve.
$500 PARTY KIT: Bring the Kentucky Derby party to your home with our party kit for 10 people. Kentucky Derby Party-Run for the Roses with Pegasus Riding Academy- May 1, 3:30pm

Kentucky Derby Party to support Pegasus Riding Academy at the farm. Enjoy Derby on outdoor screens, cuisine, libations, live music by Jason Bible, hat contest, Dapper Dan contest, silent auction and of course some friendly wagering, all to support therapeutic riding for special needs children and veterans. $45 per person

New Yoga Now’s Yoga Jam Spring Series –  Various dates in May, 1pm-2:30pm

What’s a YOGA JAM!? The mission is to unite, or ‘yoke’, the two worlds of yoga and music together! Join Jessie Gulliver for a Yoga Jam as she pairs with Michael McCormick, aka Turtle of Savannah bands Turtlefolk and Turtle and the Heads. Fairy & Gnome Festival at Oatland Island Wildlife Center – May 1, 10am-2pm

Join them for a day of enchantment! This family-themed festival is all about theweefolkgetting up close with the natural world and encouraging imaginative outdoor play. Socially distanced activities will include a scavenger hunt, fashion show, gem mining, fairy and gnome home building and food trucks. Bring the family and stroll throughOatlandsmagical trails and maybe you will catch a glimpse of a fairy or gnome looking for a place to call home. Reservations are required for this annual event and can be made here. Additional fees may apply and all proceeds go to feeding their magical animal kingdom! ​

Georgians and visitors alike experience our state’s rich history and cultural life as historic sites, house museums, art museums, and other points of interest throughout Georgia open their doors—whether virtually or in person—for an exceptional opportunity to experience the history in our own backyard.
