Boheme Body Art Free Event at The Circle Savannah, May 5th-1:00pm-5:00pm

@bohemebodyartist is popping up at The Circle. Boheme Body Art is a super cute and modern 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗽𝗼𝗽 𝘂𝗽 traveling the US. Sarah is using all natural Jagua gel which is a fruit based ink that can last up to 3 weeks. Each one of her original illustrations is hand drawn on Sarah’s designs are so fresh and beautiful!



SCAD Sand Art Festival, May 6th-10:00am

Grab your sunscreen and dig in to sculpt spectacular structures at the SCAD Sand Arts Festival on Tybee Island, featuring professor of fibers Ben Copperwheat and other guest artists. SCAD students and alumni can compete solo or in teams of up to four members to dazzle spectators and judges for a chance to win one of several awards. Whether you are diving into the competition or plan to take in the sandy sights, be sure to pack a picnic lunch, plenty of water, and your sunglasses.

Southbound 9th Anniversary Music Fest, May 7th-12:00pm-11:00pm

Savannah’s Premier Derby Party, May 7th-4:00pm

Break out your hats and bow ties as we celebrate the running of the 148th Kentucky Derby and raise money for Park Place Outreach to benefit at-risk youth in our community.
Come and enjoy an evening in historic Reynolds Square in downtown Savannah complete with live streaming of the race, derby day festivities, a Woodford Reserve tasting experience and Kentucky-inspired cuisine and cocktails. Savannah Scottish Games and Celtic Festival, May 7th-9:00am-5:00pm

Join them for the 44th Savannah Scottish Games returning on May 7, 2022, at the historic Bethesda Academy.   After a two-year COVID hiatus, they are welcoming the return of the athletes, pipe bands, highland dancers, border collies, historic reenactors, Scottish vendors, Celtic musicians, and clans back to one of the most beautiful settings in the country. Kentucky Derby Paw-ty, May 7th-4:00pm-8:00pm

The Savannah Kennel Club’s Third Annual Kentucky Derby Paw-ty sponsored by SD Gunner Fund. Saturday, May 7th 4:00-8:00pm at Ghost Coast Distillery. Free family and dog friendly event!
Prizes for Best hat contest, best dressed pup. Silent auction, door prizes, Derby 50/50, photo booth, children’s crafts, and more! Tented outdoor lounge area, Televised race inside and outside
