Yoga Relay to Support Family Caregivers, October 15th-5:30pm-9:00pm

They will do 100 sun salutations together – you can do them all yourself, or create a relay team and tag in and out as needed. A caregiver is someone who provides care to another person who is elderly, ill, or disabled. Family caregivers receive little training on how to deliver complicated care.
