Savannah Tequila Co., a popular restaurant and bar at Plant Riverside District offering authentic Mexican cuisine and the region’s most extensive selection of premium tequilas, mezcals and agave spirits. They are hosting a special Mexican Independence Day Celebration. Event highlights include live music by Los Mariachis, an acclaimed Atlanta-based mariachi band, as well as, festive food and drink specials. Mexican Independence Day is an annual holiday honoring the Mexican rebellion against Spanish rule in 1810. This event is open to the public; no reservations are required.

Live theatre for ages 2 & up! A deliciously funny play about trying new things & making new friends, based on the NYT best-selling book. Tickets are $14-$17 and can be purchased here.
Southbound’s favorite time of year is almost here! Oktoberfest 2021 is happening Saturday, September 18th from 12pm-6pm! Live music from the Rhinelanders, German style food from Hop Atomica, games & prizes.
Join them on Saturday, Sept 18th from 2-6pm to celebrate the official start of Oktoberfest! They’ll have great music, beer brats, pretzels, and of course, plenty of cold Oktoberfest BEER! Strange Bird Food Truck will be grilling some homemade beer brats cooked in Service’s Oktoberfest Märzen Lager, as well as, serving delicious fresh baked pretzels. Live music by City Hotel Bluegrass!!! Yes, you read that correctly!!! A City Hotel reunion show from 2-4pm.
Turn the Tide on the Trash by International Coastal Cleanup & Tybee Clean Beach, September 19th – 10:00am-1:00pm
Come join hundreds of thousands of ocean lovers around the globe at the Ocean Conservancy’s annual International Coastal Cleanup from 10AM-1PM at the Tybee Pier and Pavilion. Participants will sign in (between 10-11:30am) and borrow buckets & grabbers to clean the beach between 10 and noon, and afterwards visit information stations sponsored by local coastal conservation groups. Water refill stations and fruit refreshments available for all participants. This event is hosted by Fight Dirty Tybee and a great way to raise awareness of the plastic pollution and highlight alternatives.
